  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1/4 onion
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Chop pre-cooked turkey meat into small chunks. Dice bacon (optional but delicious), celery, and onion. 
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine turkey, bacon, celery, onion, and mayonnaise. Taste the mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste.
