- 5 oz. cheddar cheese
- 1 avocado
- 6 radishes
- 1 scallion
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 oz. lettuce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
