- 3/4 lb salmon smoked
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 oz. baby spinach
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
Put salmon, spinach, a wedge of lime, and a hearty dollop of mayonnaise on a plate.
Drizzle olive oil over the spinach and season with salt and pepper.
