Sardine Salad Recipe For Yeast Infection
Ingredients
Ingredient For Sardine Salad
- 1 4-oz. sardines, skinless, boneless, drained
- 1/2 cup fennel bulb, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup cucumber, peeled and small diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, small diced
- 1/2 cup avocado, diced
- 2 Tbsp Dill Vinaigrette, (see below)
- salt and pepper to taste
- fresh dill for garnish, chopped
Ingredient For Dill Vinaigrette
- 6 Tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp fresh drill, finely minced
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Direction For Sardine Salad
- In a medium bowl add sardines and break them up a bit with a fork.
- Add sliced fennel bulb, diced cucumber, red onion and avocado and Dill Vinaigrette, toss.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, garnish with fresh dill and serve.
Direction For Dill Vinaigrette
- Put all ingredients into a container with a lid, shake well. Refrigerate unused portion.
