Orange Dreamcicle Recipe For Feminine Issues
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt, fat-free
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1/4 tsp orange rind, grated
- 1/2 banana, sliced and frozen
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- handful of ice
- Add all the ingredients together on the blender. Blend ’til smooth.
