
Raspberry Lemonade Smoothie Recipe For Bacterial Vaginosis
Ingredients
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
 - 1/2 cup non-fat milk
 - 1 cup raspberries fresh/frozen
 - 2 tbsp lemon juice
 - 1/4 cup pink lemonade/water sugar-free
 - ice
 
Instructions
- Add whey protein and milk to blender. Pulse until combined. Then add raspberries, lemon juice, and pink lemonade (or water). Blend until well-combined. Enjoy!
